It was a great relief not to have a tax lien and I actually got money back.
My experience with Bonilla Accounting Firm has been nothing but disappointment. Not only are they over priced but they are also sloppy. It has now been almost 5 weeks since my forms were submitted to Bonilla Accounting Firm. I called the accounting firm to ask about the situation I found myself in. Apperantly, my tax return was not submitted to the IRS until 3 1/2 weeks after they were supposed to be. When I called they gave me nothing but fake excuses as to why they were not submitted promptly. They initially said the cause of the delay was missing forms on my behalf. That could not have been the case as I never went back to submit any additional forms. So they could not have submitted my return if that had been the case. Secondly, they told me the issue was with one my dependents. This was obviously not true, as I do not have any dependents. After being on the phone with them for about 20 mins. They took my phone number and assured a call back shortly. After waiting half an hour, I called back to see what was going on. To my surprise their office was closed and a pre-recorded message told me to call tomorrow and listed their business hours. Based on their business hours, they should have still been open at the time of my second call. So I am certain they are now dodging my calls, realizing that they have messed up. If I could I would give this accounting firm a zero out of five star rating, I definitely would. I advice everyone to take their business elsewhere, this has definetly been my worst experience filling taxes.
