The coconut bread, carrot cake, strawberry cake , and red velvet cakes are the absolute best. I love the whipped cream and cream cheese frosting S they use!
We bought an assortment of cookies. Two of our favorites are their Mexican wedding cookies and meringues. We tried the pecan meringues and they are yummy too. But if you're new, you must try their Tres Leches cake. Second only to my Tia's (aunt), it's the best I've had. And I've tried many near and far.

The ladies were very friendly and welcoming to my son and myself. They had some music playing (don't recall the song) that had my 8yr. old slightly bopping. One of the ladies asked him if he would dance for them if she gave him a cookie.
I've been going here with my family since we moved to California back in 1991, the quality remains the same and is still amazing 25 years later. I love their coconut bread and raspberry filling cake. I consider it one of my favorite "hidden places". It's always worth it and i will continue to come here as long as it stands.
