The owner of this shop is the most arogant unpleasant person I have ever spoken to. I called this place to see if I could get some work done. I guess someone who's has to let you know he has been doing this for 34 years couldn't just say he didn't want to do the work. It's okay to say no, it is not okay to try to be verbally abusive because you think you can speak to a woman in that manner. I'm not stupid when it comes to mechanical work, I will never go here even if they offered free service.
Excellent customer service with a smile, quick service and very reasonable rates on all repairs and smog inspections. This was the best and quickest experience getting a smog inspection. I will definitely return for future car repairs. Natalie A.

Best place to get your smog done in Chula Vista. Great customer service by Jessie and the whole staff. Greeted at your car after you park. Time is taken to explain the process and rundown of the fees. I parked and left happy within 15 minutes. A+ rating and let's just say I will be getting my smog done her everytime!
