I like to rent here because they always have what I need, when I need it. I have rent a car from them this year 5 times now and every time works out well for me. One thing tho if you're paying with an ATM make sure to call ahead and ask what do they need you to bring with you because you may have to bring a utility bill and or something else. Call before you go and ask.

The Rental office in San Diego was absolutely the best rental experience of my life. The Rental Agent went out of his way to ensure I was happy and satisfied with the vehicle. Turning the car in at the Ayres Hotel was quite tedious. Now one told me I needed an appointment to return the car. The Agent was abrupt to the point of being rude. She wasn't there and finally just told us (over the phone since she wasn't there) to "Just leave the keys at the desk!"
I rent from this location about once every 3 months. I have never been disappointed, if anything the staff is always eager to make sure their customers needs are met and sometimes go above and beyond. Yes the wait time can sometimes be more than expected, but they are a busy location especially on the weekend. So bring a book.
