I do not know who Margot Hill (one star review) is however, I suspect that she placed a negative review to drive publicly to her name rather than providing a truthful honest review. Superior Automotive is in fact a phenomenal vehicle repair service center. The team has always been prompt and most of all honest with me and my family. They have saved the lives of my family by pointing out dangerous repair work that others have done on my cars.
I am a former mechanic and have known Sam, the owner, for many, many years and have had nothing but positive experiences . My daughter, son, many friends and I have spent thousands of dollars at Superior. Sam has always been professional, polite, patient and proficient. The services are often somewhat costly but you get what you pay for. I just bought another car and Superior will be responsible for keeping it on the road for me going forward. Sam is a skilled and knowledgeable technician and owner who also manages to find the time to be the wonderful , caring father of a beautiful and talented softball playing daughter in college. I highly recommend Superior for all of your automotive needs. And if Sam feels that another shop is better equipped to handle your specific situation, he will readily provide you with their information.
These guys KNOW what they're doing! Everything from Customer Service to Volkswagens;) Haha. Didn't know this place existed, as it's hard to notice driving by, but was referred this establishment from the guys over at Teds Garage on 3rd Ave [Check them out also great people/service!]. Sam is the MAN! Always willing to work with you, very polite, respectful and wait for it........HONEST! They do great/ professional/perfect work and will make it happen by any means if the resources are there. Git r done!

I met Sam over the phone. All of our business was conducted over the phone. I asked for a price on something I assumed was wrong. After having it towed to Superior Automotive it was inspected. To my surprise the cost of the repairs would be approx 300+ cheaper than originally quoted. So far so good the vehicle seams to be running fine. Thank you.
