In the past I always thought they were five start but my service today was less than satisfactory for what I paid for. They never vacuumed my trunk although it was requested. My floor mats were supposed to be shampooed, the fronts were but not the rear.
Very disappointed. This place was recommended by very close friends. I took two vehicles to them and I tend to be discerning when people vacuum out the center console, cup holders, and pet hair. They vacuumed about 70% of the dust and debris out of the center console area. On the second vehicle, there was dog hair embedded in the rear seats (cloth). I have had other wash personnel get this hair out. When I brought it up as I was picking up my vehicle, I was told that I was required to get it detailed to get the hair out. If you want an exterior wash only, they are proficient at that.
Great car wash! I appreciate that they hand wash & hand dry your car. That's the only way the car truly gets that clean, shiny, spotless look. They vacuum & wipe down the inside too. Fair prices. Usually busy, but they do an efficient job of keeping the lines of cars moving.
I was not overly pleased with the results of my car I had to wipe down the inside doors and blow water out of the mirrors. I usually have a much better visit so don't use this as a total review because all other trips have been great.
I've been going here for years. They do a good job.
