I've been on hold for over 2 hours. I wouldn't be surprised if I get help in person before someone picks up the god damn phone. I expect to do at the very least an hour to ask if my court appearance date can be changed, which kind of beats the purpose of even asking for a change of date but I have no choice, today was my day of appearance.
I called one number just to call another to be put on hold for 20 plus minutes and still on hold. I'm trying to pay a ticket because I do not live near chula vista and I don't want a warrant or bigger fine....wtf. office hours on website say they are open. anyone know of another number that works?
Only 2 receptionist working for a line of more than 100 people. This disgusting. One thing I learned is to never get my self in here again. Make better choices in life.
Update called on another phone so now one has been on hold for 40 minutes and the other is at 13...whats the point of having a phone? trying to do the right thing but court doesn't answer so how do I do the right thing if I have questions before I pay fine. very un professional

Both times I arrived at the specified time. I waited two hours just to be called in. Trial I requested to fight my ticket was a joke. I never committed the infraction to begin with, but the judge I had didn't believe me over the officer. He didnt let me call my witness. 500 dollar fine and the officer didn't need any proof. None. I lost and now have to pay 500 and go to traffic school another 60 dollars. I hope the judge ends up on East h in Chula Vista. He will get a phony ticket too.
