My normal smog service station in the area was closed for smog certification and decided to give this location a try. After performing the requested smog certification on my vehicle I was informed that I needed to have my serpentine belt for the main drive changed because it was damaged and frayed thus needed immediate service. They kindly offered a price quote on the spot, little did they know I'm a ASE certified master technician for the last 22 yrs. Just to satisfy my curiosity, I inquired about his concern and to point out what the issue was on the main drive belt. Lets just say myself being in the industry I was disgusted and yet not surprised by his attempts to take advantage of an unsuspecting customer as an idiots in making a unnecessary repair to make a fast buck.
Great, fast and professional service. The rep quoted 45 minutes to finish the service and they only took 20! In and out, no hassles. Repeat customer, here!

I wouldn't even give this place a star they are not nice people and I don't know how they are still in business. Over charging and being rude is just the beginning. I would NEVER go to them for any service.
