His staff is always helpful and friendly.
My husband and I took our two month old daughter here for her first shots. They gave her an extra shot (Hep B) that she was NOT supposed to get. They did not analyze her shot card correctly, nor did they confirm the patients name and DOB prior to administering her vaccinations. They could have killed my daughter. The staff was not open to answering my questions and made me feel as if my first time mom questions were petty. Do yourself a favor and find a different facility that will ensure the safety and well-being of you and your family.
Already had a couple of visits with my PCM. Dr. de la Rosa always listens to my issues. He goes above and beyond and always goes an extra mile. He is a no nonsense doctor.
Highly recommend him.
Much more convenient than Balboa Hospital to pick up prescription
