WOW! The customer service at Fresh & Clean is second to none! The owner called my wife and I to personally apologize for the previous experience. Mistakes are the essence of growth... Raquel separated all of our clothes, put our clothes in a basket, and offered to walk the loads to my car! WHOA... I felt presidential. I guess reviews helped them review their standard with customers and hopefully Fresh & Clean continues to serve the Chula Vista community as their own family. Congrats on your business Cindy and John! Keep up the great work.
I have been to many laundry mats but this seems to be the cleanliest. This location offers specials and free dryers. Staff is super helpful, they provide correct information and there systems is easy plus there is a kids corner the little ones can sit and play. Overall great customer service it's makes spending ur time and money worth it.. -pg

INCONSISTENT! My family and I use their fluff & fold once a week at $50+ avg.That's $200+ a month! If I was the owner or representative of the company I'd be mindful of that. The initial experience was second to none. How? The clothes were separated neatly according to who they belong to. Now? It has gone downhill, the clothes are not separated. My wife dresses are thrown in the bags (should be hung up). That's what were paying you for? Right? OK, enough of what they can do to improve their customer experience.

Aracelli and Crystal are AMAZING! They genuinely do care about the customers. As for the other lady. Attn Owner: GET RID OF HER! She threw our clothes on the floor EVERYTIME I went there. Experiences like this ruin your reputation and retention of your customers.
I came in here 2 months ago. Hadn't been to one of these in years!!! Araceli was so very kind patient and helpful.... I really enjoy coming here so clean and safe pla e to do my laundry. Thank you Areceli
Place is very clean. The scam is free dry with wash.... But you only get 5 free minutes per load for free. Not enough time to dry anything. I threw in 4 cotton silk shirts and they were not dry at all. The single wash is $2.80. not worth it. Too expensive
