Despite reading all the negative reviews regarding this location I for one can truly say I have experience nothing but easy and straight forward comprehensive service with the level of respect expected for a state government operated facility. If you are walking in without having an appointment expect delay!!!
Remember the key to successfully having your case file approved for whatever aid you are seeking is patience, meaning having the ability to endure waiting, delay, or provocation without becoming annoyed. Once I established my case at this location and followed their request for providing the requested information everything was pretty much straight forward and the time it took for the approval of application was within a reasonable time, little over 30 days from the original date of the case being filed. Some people lack basic patience with these people and I can understand their frustrations but let’s get real, no one is going to bend over backwards to give out FREE money in the form of aid for nothing.
