Terrible customer service called for a quote and guy was rude over the phone and wasn't explaining well for the service i require i dont recommend idiots such as these people

This place is a rip off, they gave me a price of 95 dollars and when I found out I could use my triple A, the price shot up to 195.00. Took my car to Lydia's she took care of it in 2 minutes and saved me 190.00
I had a tricky lock I was making a copy for. When it didn't work I took it back and they happily worked on it some more. It worked after that. Thanks guys.
Horrible. I had a broken car key I needed a copy of. They said it's at my own risk and no money back. When I got the key, it didn't even look remotely like the original. When I tried using it, I was correct, it didn't work. Can't get my money back. Never coming here again.
