I came here from Indiana thought Chula vista would be a nice safe place to live. After my interaction with the Chula vista Police Department I find them to be very incompetent as far as public safety is concerned. I was at eucalyptus park walking my dog on a leash when a man with 5 dogs pulls up and let his dogs out of the car the 5 dogs tried to attack my dog. I called the police department to report it and they asked for all the information and told me they would call me back well it's been a hour and a half still no call back. I've decided not to live here because it is a lawless town. I can not depend on the police department for my safety.
They stopped me n gave me a ticket just for NO TURN ON RED I mean c'mon it was at night I COULDN'T SEE IT it wasn't plastered anywhere that I could visibly see. Now I wanna go pay for the dam ticket but THEY TAKE FOREVER TO PUT IT IN THE SYSTEM AT THE COURTHOUSE. Like what the hell! LET ME PAY IT AND GET IT OVER WITH ALREADY!! TAKE MY MONEY AND STOP MESSIN WITH ME!!
