Other than a google complaint Idk what to do about them, just beware when dealing with them.

Also, I've had one counter woman give me an attitude saying she wasn't going to ship my packages because they were "too small envelopes", but I've shipped this style countless times as they are samples for my business.

They've "lost" my packages twice now, and when I try to contact them, they just pass it off to the next person. They are probably stealing our items.

Gave instructions to hold package for pick up, 2/3 times I've done so they didn't care to pay attention to my instructions. Tracking doesn't update in a timely manner, staff didn't seem to care that my instructions weren't paid attention to or that my package has been delayed for a fourth day when it was shown on tracking that it would be delivered on the second day!

They are by far the worst post office in history if it was up to me I wouldn't give them a star at all. I sent off two care packages which one left the falculity and returned the next day sat there for an entire day and finally got sent out on the day it's expected to be in Norfolk Virginia. I will never go to this post off in my life again I'm going to take that extra 10 minutes and drive to the Bonita post office where they know how to do their job correctly and promptly. Also they don't update their tracking because there's no way the other package should have been at a stand still in one area for 2 days when I paid my hard earned money for 2 day priority mail.

The clerk that assisted me (Addy) was incredibly rude while helping me. She kept making comments about having to ship an international item (I was shipping it to England) and seemed frustrated that she had to do the work for it. She rudely informed me that my item was initially received at another post office and that I decided to bring it all the way to this location to ship out and that she was the lucky one to get it. I told her I worked up the street from this location, which is why I came to this one. She just kept making comments like that the entire time. All in all it was 5 minutes of her making me feel like a burden for needing to mail something international. First and last time at this post office.

If I could give no stars I would.

Would give no stars if i could. Marikar is extremely rude, yells very loud at customers I am a person with a disability and required additional assistance due to my disability Marikar refused to assist me as I followed the guidelines for persons with disabilities she yelled very loud at me and refused to attend to my needs the place was full to capacity I was so embarrassed she needs EXTREME customer service training maybe if I spoke her native language I might have gotten preferential treatment as I have witnessed
