I used Chula Vista Gun Store as an FFL. I bought a gun from a retailer elsewhere and I was called the day the received it in store to start the paper work. I've never previously bought a gun and Albert was extremely helpful and pleasant. There was a line but once I entered the store he said he would help me once I entered. I would definitely recommend as an FFL and if you have any gun questions I would call because they seem knowledgeable.
This place is terrible. Bad service. Guy has huge attitude. Pretty much told me to go to another gun store. I'm a first time gun owner and was no help. Guess he doesn't need the business. So went to turners. Thanks dick
I have been here three times now, and will continue to only do gun related business here. I rate places in a few categories. 1) pricing. The prices here are very fair and reasonable while other gunships are charging over $100 for transfer fees. 2) customer service. I have had great service and most of all, I email with questions, and always get a reply same day with all the information. 3) quality. I see a lot of complaints of inventory shortage, while there aren't hundreds of guns, there are a selection of good ones,. There is a waiting period on buying a gun anyways, so having them order a gun isn't an inconvenience. This is my go to gun shop for now on.
