I"m a recreational cyclist and after many years and miles on the bike, I stop riding for medical reasons, 5 years after finally I can go back again to the road and just visit your Chula vista store, I found the same great service and big inventory as before, service, parts and bikes, but the best of this business is the people working there, always ready to help and advice, all the staff is very professional, they look like really like people and bikes, I always recommend this place to friends and family, because is just just the best place to service or buy a bicycle.

Got my first mountain bike from this store, the people at the store is really helpful and patient answering questions or doubts. Ended up getting some extra stuff for my bike on the next visit.
Website said tyre trade in deal had ended, got there and they offered it? Slightly annoying. I only wanted a cheap set of tyres, cheapest they had were $30 each. I saw some in SD city centre for $18 earlier that day and thought this place would have more choice being a "warehouse". The guy I spoke to was helpful though.
$20 for a tire tube change? Only 1 tire.. I had a flat 9 miles away from my ride and saw this store today and they charged me $20 to fix it excluding the $7 for the tube itself.. wouldn’t recommend it..
Update- I've been back since last shopping there a month ago. Again there customer service and knowledge is top! I've always been treated with fantastic customer service here. There stock is a bit small but like most local bike shops, they can get the part ordered for you. I thrash my bike regularly and I'm in need of parts. This is my go to local bike shop from now on.
