Should I do it I return something with the receipt after 3 days of purchase and did not get full price I'm absolutely outraged. Staff was very very nice but I do not agree with this policy and I will not shop JCPenney any longer
Only one register open on the first floor and one on the lower floor, need to open more registers, this is unacceptable. The children department was so dirty and unorganized it was a miracle I found what I was looking for.
Very disappointed in every way. The store is a big mess. There was clothes and shoes all over the floor. The place looked like war zone. I don't think I will back.
