Went in to exchange two pairs of shoes, was unable to locate an associate, finally found an associate Isadora which went out of her way to try to find the correct shoe size which I had told her were available online. She apologized & asked if she could contact another store & see if they were available, Isadora called three stores and was able to have them put on hold for us. Awesome job
Great prices for clothes. Good quality. Customer service is hit or miss. Over day it's excellent and the other you can't find anybody willing to help
