Staff are not helpful and little a hole sorry.. I came in as walk in and got my name on the list, stated it might be at least 30 min wait. did get the text and a little late due to " T mobile signal inside was weak and almost dead spot. so text messages confirmation was late. All I'm here for is if my case can be replaced I only have it for 4mos and there is a tear on the end. waited more than an hour just for the guy to tell me that its not covered. My thing is I don't care if its covered of not just let me know upfront so I don't have to waste my time waiting for nothing and I should have just bought one instead of waiting for more than an hour, and the guy help me should not be working here, first worst experience at apple store.

Worst customer service ever. I bought apple care for my iphone and 2 month ago my phone had a water damage i came in and had it replace. Two weeks later i had to come back beacuse the replacement was glitching and they gave me another one. Here a month later im back same thing is happening to this phone and they have the nerve to said is now my problem and it might be something i did to the phone that is my fault and to figure it out my self. Apple just lust a client. So disappointed and mad
