My visits to BEST BUY have all been great. you don't find this kind of customer service anymore. the GEEK SQUAD service is on pair. I have the GSS in all my electronic devices that i have purchased there, and when i needed them, they were there making all the steps of the process friendly and easy.
Do not purchase the extended warranty from this company. It is not worth the money and time it takes to get a repair. I ended paying out of pocket so I could get my microwave fixed after almost 3 weeks just so I could have it for Thanksgiving.
Best Buy in Chula Vista saved me from purchasing a new cell phone, I thought the glass front was broken but the salesman saw it was only the protective covering I had put on it. I will buy a new phone in a few months and definitely will go back to Best Buy, where they care.
