My first day they didn't let me eat until 6pm when I been in the ER since 7am in the morning. I'm pregnant and diabetic. I been telling the nurses in the ER that I was hungry, but they said I had to wait for the doctor. I didn't hear from the doctor all day. I'm here the second day and was told that I can't be discharged from Dr Wang. This is a annoying doctor... I would never recommend him and I don't want to give birth here no more. This is the worst experience. I was told I would be released in 24 hrs from my primary doctor. I had a note explaining I was suppose to be released the next day and this place is so loud. I'm never coming back here. Why would you let a patient starve when they're pregnant.
FIRST VISIT WAS AMAZING BUT TODAY I HAVE NOTHING GOOD TO SAY ABOUT THIS PLACE WAS GOING TO EVEN HAVE A KNEE REPLACEMENT HERE. AFTER LAST NIGHT AND ER ISSUE OH HELL NO I'LL WAIT UNTIL I GET TO TEXAS. I ALSO SEE ANOTHER REASON WAY TRUMP DEFUNDED CALIFORNIA. PEACE KENNY
My dad has been here for 3 days waiting for surgery and now was just told his appointment is being rescheduled again by an arrogant Dr. Yu with no sympathy nor compassion in his voice. 5 star for RN kayley J as she came in minutes later to talk to my parents about the situation and was very apologetic. Overall though, it hasn't been a pleasant visit.
Recently had a visit to the ER and then had to be checked in. The staff was very attentive and took the time to explain and listen. I had a great "Sharp Experience". Thank you to the nurses and staff on floor 3 east.
Horrible staff, especially in the ER, I had to show them proof I was a lawyer and threaden to sue in order to receive better care. If you want your love one to die from malpractice, send them here! Zero coordination and zero hospitality from nurses. Nurses there seem to forget what they’re there for and what their place is. WE PAY YOU!!
