I called to see if it was ready the manager said yes. When I asked her to check if it was fixed she said it was not and would have to be sent out again. (So if it wasn't ready why did she call me to pick it up?)
Terrible service! I had a bracelet that needed to be fixed. They sent it out to get fixed when I picked it up they had not fixed what was broken.
After a week of not receiving a call from them (the manager said they did call and insisted on this.)
