It's true, they have the best prices, but honestly I would rather pay more to be helped by nicer and better looking people. I was not surprised to read the comments about the wife. This business claims that it's the competitors bashing them, but look at their responses they are exactly what people said they were and also throw competitors names in there.

I have been bringing my jewelry here for years and my father even more so. Mike is honest and two ladies are a great help. I have NEVER had a problem with their service or work. A couple of times they were not able to help me but directed me to the right place to resolve any issues I had. Fair prices, fast, and honest!
I thought my bad experience here was an isolated one.. Oh well, seems like it wasn't.. I won't go into details of what happened, but the negative comments left by others here are pretty much the same as mine... No problem.. I am never coming back.. I wonder why this retailer get recommended frequently when the services are just downright horrible! For the lady with full make up on, no offense to you ma'am, but Just so you know, customers do not care if you are an owner or an employee... We went to your business place to do business and that's about it! Do not project your own pathetic issues towards your unsuspecting customers!
I needed a new watchband and watch band adjustment. The staff were friendly and fast, and were able to do the work right away for a very decent price. They have some lovely jewelry, too!
