Great place to buy a mattress. This was our 2nd mattress that we bought through him. He delivered it the same day too. Friendly and easy to talk to and he gave us good advice.
I'm very pleased with my purchase! Darren was excellent. I described what I needed in a mattress and Darren narrowed down to a few mattresses that he thought would fit my needs. He sent over a couple mattresses to try out and one of them was just perfect. This mattress is just as comfortable as one that I spent a lot of money on from a big box store. Excellent product, excellent service, excellent price!
I typically don't write reviews however the experience here is worth taking the time to shar with everyone else. I've been shopping for 2 sets for about a month now and was lucky enough to find Mattrress Store San Diego. Yes, the prices were outstanding and the product is outstanding. What sold me was the service we received. Darren really took the time to ask us how we slept. Do we sleep on our backs, on our side etc and once we gave him that information he made a couple of recommendations. He was spot on, we bought 2 set and are sleeping all night now and my back does not ache anymore. Thank you Darren for the time you spent with us and I forgot to thank you for the pillow recommendation you gave us too! This place rocks!
I bought mattresses with Darren last year and had an impression that this store has good service. Then come this year I forgot about the place already and I had purchased the twin with him again. However, when I got them, I missed the experience of a full mattress and I requested for a swap on for a full. He charged me very low and got it done the next day. Six stars experience, that's how you suppose to run any business ;)
No need to go to a big box store, just call and if he is not there he will give you a time to meet. Don't let the storage area scare you off, he has many mattresses for you to try out. You won't be disappointed.
Darren you are AWESOME!!! Our bed is extremely comfortable and was a lot cheaper than we thought we were going to pay. Delivery was quick and incredibly helpful since we just moved here. Darren helped us find the bed we loved! Thank you so much for our bed!!!
