Dentist spent 2 mins with my son at most. The Tech didn't know how to take X-rays and my son would not stop crying because she had to keep taking the same x-rays over and over. Wife asked them to stop taking X-rays since my son did not like it and they kept doing it. The place was very dirty and you fill like a number. Won't be returning. If you call in they talk about all the toys and costumes they have but when you show up you will see them all on the ground and very dirty.
I recently moved to San Diego. My children were due for their first dental exams. After finding The Super Dentists in the San Diego Family Magazine, I called to make an appointment. The were able to schedule me within the same week of calling, I was amazed. When we went in for the visit, myself, my husband along with both of my children, ages 1 and 3, were in awe! What a clever idea! We visited the F street location, the kids were able to play video games, watch movies, play with the stars on the wall, etc! The waiting room was a bit crowded, but I didn't mind, it didn't take but maybe 15 minutes to be seen! Both children were able to be seen at the same time right next to each other. Each was a little hesitant to lay back in the chair, until they saw the TV's in the ceiling and tasted the flavored gloves! The staff was very patient, courtious, and remained professional during our visit! I really like they give the kids goodie bags when they leave, especially since it wasn't sugar-filled candies!!
I definately recommend the Super Dentists! The only negative of the whole experience was the parking was a little crampy!
