There is no way in hell they could mess up when i specifically mentioned a California King frame.... I got a Queen/King frame and nowhere on the box it mentions Cali King... To top it off, the frame is 12 inches shorter from head to toe than my bed....
TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. Customer service is REPULSIVE! I had a discrepancy with a layaway item. I asked for the owner to further assist me and the clerk Lily lied saying she was the owner. She refused to disclose the owners name and info. They claim they don't keep archive files of old items. Lie. As a business they have to keep records for auditing purposes. Another clerk (a short fat woman) jumped in our conversation and was being obnoxious, childish and sarcastic while she was stuffing her enormous face with donuts. It was shockingly disgusting how this business is operating like this in 2017. SAVE YOURSELF FROM DISSAPOINTMENT! DO NOT SHOP HERE.

I WAS GOING TO GO IN HERE TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE GREAT SALE THEY HAD GOING ON, BUT AFTER READING THIS REVIEW I WONT BE GOING.
Very friendly when buying furniture, when came back to do a claim on furniture, NOT friendly at all, don't call us here's the number bye. BAD FURNITURE, I would NOT recommend this store to nobody.
I'm very happy with my furniture and the delivery. The prices are great!
Very unprofessional, very inexperienced.. I ask for a certain size bedframe and receive the wrong frame..
