My husband and I were shopping for an adjustable bed and decided to visit Jeromes since we bought our very first mattress here some 14 years ago. Our sales rep, Gabi, was awesome. She was very knowledgeable about firm mattresses and adjustable bed frames. She was very patient- as we tried all of the firm mattresses in the store. And when it came time to make our decision, she gave my husband and I some privacy. We had a great experience thanks to Gabi!
Greg, Jeff, Jonathan and Fernando made sure we had a great furniture buying experience at Jerome's. They made sure we got what we wanted when we wanted and at the best price available. They even did a price match on one of our pieces to beat another local business. My wife and I found this to be the easiest furniture shopping experience we've had. I really liked that they have a kiosk for you to apply for your own credit that way you can keep all your personal information private. Delivery was good and kept us
Had a great experience shopping at this location. We just purchased a new home and needed more furniture. On our first visit, We walked in and received a warm greeting from one of the Sales Reps, Abel. We walked the store and made notes of items we were interested in purchasing. We didnt want to rush into making a large purchase so left that day empty handed to "think about it". Fast forward 2 weeks and we were back to finalize our purchases. We walked in and immediately began looking for Abel. And sure enough, there he was with a warm smile to greet us. He was so patient and let us take our time looking around again and answering all our questions. There was never any pushy selling feeling. Very comfortable and easy. After some back and forth, We walked out with 2 accent chairs, a dining table and a kitchen dining table. I know we'll be back. When we do, we'll be looking for Abel again.
My mother n I we're at Jerome's looking for tables for the living room and found beautiful ones that are just perfect. We also got a mattress that we weren't even thinking of getting but because of the best customer service we got from David he made us feel at home. He didn't pressure us he just made himself available to us. That was great because he showed us our options n asked questions to make sure this is what we were looking for. My salesman Al Gore was very friendly and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to take care of me. I was shocked to know they could deliver the very next day. The drivers were professional and efficient. It was truly a great experience.
